Paul is a Certified Netware Engineer as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional. Since 1985 also the President of our sister company, Sparks Communications, Inc., he holds a membership in the Who's Who of Business Leaders. Paul brings 20 years of multi-faceted business experience within the Telecommunications Industry from the design and installation of Broadband Cable Plants to internationally recognized consulting work with such topologies as Ethernet, Token Ring, and FDDI. Paul's knowledge of the industry and successful management of system design, installation, and project management for such companies as Rockwell International, Kaiser Permanente, Banyan Systems, and Compaq Computers, has led him through much of the United States, Europe, and Asia. Because of his talent and knowledge of the industry, Mr. Sparks has been invited to participate on several industry speaker panels for such companies and associations as Southwestern Bell LANS, BDS, and the Information Management Association.
